About this Role

Were looking for a Business Analyst to join our Bus and Coach business unit helping us unlock smarter decisions with smarter data. Youll dig into operational and financial data shape insights and work closely with senior leadership to influence business strategy.

Gather and translate business requirements into clear actionable analysis

Lead cost and performance reviews to identify trends and opportunities

Support monthly and board reporting with well-built data packs

Work with teams across the business to deliver project insight and KPI support

Contribute to financial administration and variance commentary

About You

You love making sense of numbers and turning them into stories. Youre confident with Excel curious about business operations and keen to make an impact from day one.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets including Pivot Tables and Lookup formulas

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Naturally curious with strong attention to detail

Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
