Learning Support Assistants – Multiple Positions – Ealing Location : Ealing Start Date : September 2025 Contract : Long-term to Permanent Positions available across multiple schools ! Are you passionate about supporting young people in their learning and development? Do you have the resilience, dedication, and care to make a real impact in the classroom? We are currently recruiting multiple LSAs to join a range of primary and secondary schools across the Ealing area from September 2025. These are long-term roles with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates. About the Role :

• Work closely with teachers to support students with varying needs, including those with SEND, SEMH, and EAL.
• Provide 1 : 1 and small group support both in and out of the classroom.
• Help to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Adapt learning materials and approaches to meet individual needs. We’re Looking For :
• Experience working with children or young people in an educational or support setting.
• A positive, proactive, and patient attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
