Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Glasgow

Position : Electrical Maintenance Engineer Location : Glasgow (Commercial Facility) Salary : Up to £42,000 per annum (Depending on Experience) Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm Benefits : 25 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension scheme, overtime opportunities, career development & internal progression An exciting opportunity has become available for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the team at a well-established facilities management provider, delivering high-quality building services to a modern commercial facility in Glasgow. This is an excellent role for an electrically qualified engineer looking to join a business with a strong reputation for developing and progressing its team from within. Key Responsibilities : Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on electrical systems Respond to and resolve electrical reactive maintenance issues promptly Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site-specific procedures Complete basic building services tasks where required Accurately record and update work completed using CAFM systems Liaise with clients and team members to ensure smooth operation and service delivery Requirements : Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Prior experience working within facilities management (commercial environments preferred) Strong understanding of electrical systems including lighting, power, and distribution Good problem-solving and communication skills Why Apply?
