Deputy Manager Hotel, Pub & Restaurant Cirencester, up to £45K OTE

We’re excited to be working with a beautiful, recently refurbished hotel in the heart of Cirencester, featuring a stylish pub, bar, and restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Deputy Manager to join a growing business and be part of its next chapter.

This is a standout venue with real character, recently refreshed and ready to welcome guests old and new. As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience, supporting the General Manager, and helping to lead a passionate and friendly team.

We’re looking for someone with :

• Proven experience as a Deputy or Assistant Manager in a high-quality pub, hotel, or restaurant environment
• Strong leadership skills and a hands-on, guest-focused approach
• A warm, engaging personality and the ability to motivate and inspire others
• A drive to progress into a General Manager role in the future
