Job Description

Service Care Legal is working with a well-regarded, forward-thinking law firm currently expanding their private client department. They are seeking a Private Client Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join their collaborative, partner-led team.

Role Details

  • Position : Private Client Solicitor
  • PQE : 4+ years
  • Location : South East London
  • Salary : £60,000 – £80,000 DOE and interview performance

The position offers a clear pathway for progression, exposure to complex and high-value work, and flexible working arrangements. Your responsibilities will include handling a varied caseload of estate administration matters such as :

  • Probate and estate administration
  • Wills and Inheritance Tax planning
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
  • Deputyship applications
  • Advising clients from instruction through to completion

    • This role involves regular client contact and collaboration with other specialist teams across the firm.

    Qualifications and Skills

  • An England & Wales qualified solicitor with at least 4 years’ post-qualified experience in private client law
  • Experience handling probate, wills, LPA, and estate administration matters
  • A proactive, personable approach with strong client-care skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and commercial awareness
