The Role

As Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while leading and supporting the front-of-house team. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone passionate about food, people, and creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead by example during service, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Support and mentor junior team members, helping them grow through structured training

Coordinate effectively with kitchen and event teams for seamless service delivery

Maintain high standards of presentation across food, drink, and venue appearance

Build rapport with guests, encouraging repeat visits and positive feedback

Troubleshoot issues with a calm, practical, and proactive approach

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a senior front-of-house role within a quality pub, restaurant, or hospitality setting

Strong leadership and communication skills

A team player who leads with positivity and integrity

Passionate about great food, drinks, and guest experience
