Job Title : Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Location : Croydon Are you looking for a PERM role as a Nursery Practitioner? We are currently recruiting for competent and experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our wonderful client's nursery to support permanently in their nursery based in the Croydon Area. Monday to Friday 37.5hrs per week.   Benefits for staff : All of our staff get a 40% discount on their childcare fees if their child also joins our setting. Annual leave increases upto an additional 10 days based on commitement and longevity to a maximum of 30 days plus Bank Holidays.  Daily Duties will include : Support the nursery team to ensure effective and positive play opportunities are provided on a day to day basis. Assist in the implementation of age-appropriate planned and spontaneous activities Helping to create a warm, safe and inclusive environment. Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the nursery environment, including toys and educational materials Support children in their daily routines, including mealtimes, nap times, and personal hygiene  Essential requirements for the Nursery Practitioner – At least 1 years’ experience in a nursery role Good knowledge & understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to use your own initiative Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and respond to children's needs promptly Your abilty to show empathy, compassion and understanding in your day-to-day interactions with children Desirable requirements of the Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 / 3 Diploma or above qualification in Early Years childcare An enhanced DBS Check Safeguarding and EYFS Training.  For further information on this role please contact us at : (url removed) or call (phone number removed)
