Finance Business Partner

Job Description

Change Financial Services are supporting our high-profile client with the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner, focusing of the reporting and planning of costs for various business areas. Responsible for taking a key role in month end analysis, stakeholders management and engagement with your business area to understand key drivers, you will be part of the conversation on future growth and drivers – bringing the numbers to life and adding context to these, as well as the wider implication of decision making.

This role will be on an initial 12 month contract basis, with scope to becoming a permanent post.

Engaging with the business and finance professionals, excellent communication skills and a background in delivering commercial messaging is key, basing these discussions in a strong financial planning and analysis skill set. Presenting at board level, you will be able to craft narrative on business performance, using data to highlight key trends to aid in insight and analysis.

Core duties of the role will include;

• Lead on strategic insight and engagement with the business to partner on financial and non financial metrics, with a focus on Cost reporting
• Lead on monthly forecast review and analysis of variance and wider factors.
