Highway Maintenance / Civil Engineering Operatives – Across Scotland

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join BEAR Scotland operations teams across Scotland, delivering essential highway maintenance works.

As an Operations team member, reporting into the Operations Manager, you should be an experienced roadworker / civil engineering operative with the necessary skills to conduct various road maintenance operations, training will be provided if necessary.

Ideally you should have, as a minimum, an LGV Class 2 Licence (HGV2), and be prepared to participate in our winter and emergency response service on a standby rota basis.

This is a full time role.

We are Looking for :

• Civil engineering Operatives – Drainage, Excavation, Kerb laying, Concreting etc.
• Road and footway patching / surfacing operatives
• Traffic Management Installers
• Safety Barrier Installers
• Emergency Responders
• Winter maintenance Service drivers
• Operators of power tools, small plant, and machinery.
• Drivers of vehicles including those with simple attachments such as tractors.
