The Storm Aviation AOG team is an operationally critical business unit that ensure our customers' AOG aircraft are recovered in a safe, compliant and efficient way by leveraging capability within Storm Aviation’s network and third-party service providers. The MCC Controller will provide an improved customer experience by introducing a single point of contact for managing communications across the network, enhancing our AOG management and response, and strengthening the company’s strategic position within the aviation market by offering a premium MRO service.

The role is based in an office environment 3 days per week at Stansted HQ (initially), and remotely the remainder of the week.

The normal working day is between 07 : 00 and 19 : 00 working a 5,5,4 shift pattern.
