Job Description

They are hiring for a crucial Founding Head of Growth & Marketing role. As a web3 startup that has just raised $2.5M and has ambitious goals, they need to promote their brand and product, and build a community of interested users.

As Head of Growth & Marketing, you will own the process and messaging to attract new users and grow their community.

Responsibilities include :

• Develop external marketing strategies, including content creation (blogs), SEO, crypto Twitter engagement, events, and podcasts.
• Hire and manage additional staff such as community managers, content creators, and product marketers.
• Set up analytics and targets for their marketing funnel—from social media engagement to website waitlist to app usage.
• Partner with the product team to unlock growth through product-led initiatives.
• Write marketing copy for the website and external materials.
• Launch and manage their Discord community server.
• Leverage investor communities to promote their product.
• Engage in partnership and business development activities to identify collaboration opportunities.
