Are you a highly motivated and skilled individual with a passion for hospitality? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor. As a key member of our Food & Beverage department, you will play a vital role in the ongoing success of our hotels and in creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

What You'll Do

Set the Standard : Ensure our restaurant and bar areas are impeccably prepared for service, maintaining exceptional presentation at all times.
Be an Ambassador : Represent our hotels with outstanding customer service, upholding our brand reputation.
Drive Success : Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to support the team and drive revenue growth, stepping in to lead in their absence.
Deliver Excellence : Focus on providing memorable and personalized food experiences for all guests.

Ideal Candidate

A genuine passion for the Food and Beverage industry, with a desire to create exceptional experiences for our guests.

Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, ideally within a Food and Beverage environment.

An authentic and passionate approach to leadership, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their best.

The ability to foster a positive and inclusive culture within the team, encouraging open communication and collaboration.

A talent for identifying and nurturing future leaders within the team, with a focus on driving individual and team development.

Excellent numerical and literacy skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse financial data and reports.

Strong organisation and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Superbly located for the O2, Epping Forest, and the Olympic Park, our splendid listed Georgian manor offers a lot. The property features 62 bedrooms and serves as a chic wedding venue with a civil ceremonies licence. It also has five meeting rooms with a capacity for up to 350 delegates.
