Brand Director
Location : London
Salary : up to £100,000-£130,000
The focus of this role will be at forefront of the brand evolution, driving narrative, fostering connections, and building brand loyalty in a fast-paced and rebellious environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company’s mission and vision.
- Adapt brand strategy based on market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback.
- Drive innovation in design and storytelling to set our brand apart in the market.
- Oversee the social media team, crafting and implementing an effective strategy.
- Develop engaging content for brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
- Monitor and optimize social media performance metrics.
- Lead the development and execution of campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
- Measure and analyse campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments.
- Collaborate with operations and content teams to drive brand initiatives and meet business goals.
- Work with external partners and agencies as an extension of your own team.
Experience :
5 year plus in senior strategic marketing positionsComfort managing complexity effectivelyLeadership of high-growth teamsTakes ownership and thrives in a hands-on, small but mighty team environment.Experience in comparable rapid-growth segments, e.g. FMCG, drinks, fashion or high growth digital platformsExperience in high growth, ‘category disruptive’ businessesHighly analytical, including experience with fine-grained customer segmentationHighly driven, excited by the end game and motivated by building an enormous enterpriseComfortable finding order in chaosCharismatic and energetic with a passion for food
