About the Role

As an HR Project Advisor you will play a central role in supporting and delivering HR projects that support organisational transformation and improve employee experiences. Youll work flexibly across the Change and Advice (Employee Relations) teams coordinating and advising on the transactional elements of change including restructures TUPE transfers and relocations.

Youll also support corporate learning initiatives analyse data to shape workforce priorities and drive performance through progressive people practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • coordinate the transactional delivery of organisational change projects
  • provide professional HR advice to managers and stakeholders
  • manage smaller-scale HR and employee relations projects
  • interpret and analyse workforce data to support evidence-based decisions
  • collaborate with colleagues to drive continuous improvement in HR services
  • develop strong constructive partnerships with Trade Union representatives
  • contribute to workshops and change initiatives that build managerial confidence.

    The Team

    The HR and Change team provide a full range of expertise skills and experience. The team comprisesthefollowingroles : Strategic Partners HR Change Managers Learning and Development PartnersHR and Change Partners and HR Advisors. We work collaboratively across all teams in the HR service. While there is service alignment attached to roles the team operatesa flexible approachto their work supporting each other and the Services to deliver across the Organisation.
