Your Role
As Arcade Manager, you'll take full responsibility for running the day-to-day operations of the branch. You'll manage a team, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure a high standard of presentation and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage all aspects of the branch's daily operationsMaintain high standards of cleanliness and presentationRecruit, train, and develop staff in collaboration with the Area ManagerDeliver excellent customer service and hospitality at all timesEnsure accurate cash handling and branch reportingUphold company policies and ensure compliance at all timesAct as key holder and take responsibility for site securityMonitor machine income, faults, and performance - liaising with the service team to minimise downtimeSupport continual improvement across the branch and wider companyEngage effectively with customers, staff, and managementOccasionally cover at other Oasis branches when requiredRequirements
Previous management or supervisory experience (ideally in retail, hospitality, or gaming)Strong communication and leadership skillsComfortable with physical tasks (e.g. moving gaming machines up to 120kg)Flexible and reliable - including availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidaysA passion for customer service and team developmentWorking Hours
