Role Overview

The Engineer will play a key role in supporting demolition projects, with a focus on planning, design, and temporary works. This position is predominantly office-based in Sidcup, with occasional site visits.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings and technical documents

Design and oversee temporary works for demolition activities

Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure safety and feasibility of demolition methods

Conduct site inspections to verify plans and temporary works implementation

Liaise with project managers and site teams to support operational delivery

Requirements

Strong AutoCAD skills and experience working in an engineering role

Understanding of temporary works design and structural principles

Previous experience in demolition or civil engineering projects preferred

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate effectively across different teams
