Role description :

As an Associate Cost Consultant you will lead the delivery of cost management in mobility projects. You will be responsible for utilizing resources effectively to meet project standards in cost time and quality leveraging your substantial technical knowledge and experience. You will manage relationships with clients and stakeholders ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for service improvement.

Role accountabilities :

Your key accountabilities include :

  • Leading coaching and developing team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Creating project costings and budgets managing finances to achieve profit and budgetary targets.
  • Leading and managing cost management assignments ensuring delivery standards meet client expectations.
  • Demonstrating understanding of client objectives within the relevant sector.
  • Monitoring team performance and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Assuring compliance with contracts concerning project delivery parameters.
  • Analysing complex data and providing recommendations for project decision-making.
  • Supporting the development of current cost and commercial management systems.
  • Driving innovation to improve services and increase team contribution.
  • Building valued relationships with senior clients and stakeholders for client satisfaction and business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Relevant professional qualification or chartered status.
  • CSCS card holder.
  • Relevant professional experience in delivering medium / large projects across an entire project lifecycle.
  • Experience in cost and commercial management.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate others.
