An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major ERP and CRM transformation across a fast-growing, international business. With multiple legacy systems across EMEA, this role is critical in driving standardisation, integration, and strategic alignment across finance and commercial platforms.

You’ll oversee active programmes, manage a team of Project Managers, and work closely with IT and Finance to deliver a unified technology landscape that supports ongoing business growth.

What we’re looking for :

• Proven experience delivering multi-country ERP / CRM transformations
• Strong knowledge of finance systems, GL structures, and enterprise architecture
• Background in acquisitive, international environments
• Excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills
• Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset with senior-level engagement
• Experience working within a retail environment
