I am working with a dealership seeking to recruit a Parts Advisor.

Job Role – Motor Vehicle Parts Advisor

Job Location – Romsey, near Southampton (Hampshire)

Working hours : Mon – Friday 08 : 15 to 17 : 30, Sat – 08 : 30 to 12 : 30 (1 in 2)

Parts Advisor Role :

• Working within a busy parts department, delivering excellent customer service and an efficient parts service.
• Supporting the Workshop with a high level of service and managing a busy Trade parts operation, including export sales.
• Understanding all aspects of a parts department, including goods-in processes, parts identification, order processing, stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns, and liaising with Service regarding parts matters. Parts verification experience is beneficial.
• Dealing with customers professionally and personally, as expected by the brand.
