We’re partnering with a high-growth, remote-first SaaS scaleup on the hunt for their first Chief People Officer. Already generating strong double-digit millions in revenue, this is a business on the cusp of something big, with bold plans to multiply that success and cement its position as a global category leader.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a global, strategic People leadership role where you’ll be building from strong foundations - profitable, multi-country footprint, product-led culture - and laying the tracks for the next wave of scale. The Opportunity :
You’ll join the senior leadership team, reporting to the CEO, and take full ownership of the People function - defining strategy, embedding culture, and building systems that can scale. You’ll be the architect of a high-performing, values-led team, while also being hands-on where needed across hiring, onboarding, performance, compliance, and leadership development.
