As an After-School Leader Teacher, you will report to the out-of-School Time Manager. At Ingenuity Prep, our After-School Lead Teachers are responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive after-school programming to provide fun, informative, and impactful extracurricular activities for students in grades Pre-K 3 through 8th grade.
This role involves designing age-appropriate programming, facilitating engaging activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment. Ingenuity Prep’s After School Lead Teachers collaborate with school staff, parents, and community resources to support students after school hours and provide a safe and educational environment for all.
