Sites located in Norwich, Derby, West Yorkshire, Blackburn and York

Salary : Up to 50,000 per annum (DOE)

Are you a results-driven leader who thrives on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and commercial success? We're looking for a Key Account Manager to take charge of one of our newest contracts overseeing Soft FM services, inspiring teams, and driving performance across 6 sites.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the client relationship - be the go-to contact for a high-profile, multi-site account.
• Deliver outstanding FM services - cleaning, security, catering, vending and maintenance
• Lead from the front - inspire, manage, and grow high-performing teams.
• Drive financial performance - take full P&L responsibility and hit key commercial targets.
• Grow the account - identify new opportunities and support retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance - champion health & safety and regulatory standards across all sites.
