Job Description : What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for the development and management of 6 of our Top 10 contracts across 4 key accounts, with an annual revenue in excess of £22M, developing business opportunities to generate long-term sustainable growth and revenue for BT.
  • Development of the account strategy and coordinating with virtual teams across different functions to manage overall sales and contract performance for a strategic account.
  • Promoting BT and its Wholesale capabilities, developing additional market opportunities for Wholesale.
  • The role holder is a strategic professional, responsible for representing the Media and Broadcast team, selling our products, services, and solutions to achieve our ambitions of delivering growth across the business.
  • Managing customer relationships within the accounts, driving improved customer satisfaction and supporting the focus on positive NPS.
  • Staying abreast of the latest sales developments and market insights to ensure our products and services enable the best services to customers.

  • Strong track record of sales achievement in large accounts with high revenues.
  • Ability to influence, develop, drive, and motivate sales operations at both tactical and strategic levels.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in winning large, complex bids with non-standard T&C’s and solution designs (sales cycle of 3-18 months).
  • Experience in leading virtual teams to achieve business results.
