This world-leading provider of bespoke, high-pressure gas containment solutions and services are seeking an experienced Deployment Project Supervisor in Sheffield.
To apply for this role you must be a qualified Mechanical Engineer with experience of inspection and refurbishment services within a factory environment.
About the role
In the position of Deployment Project Supervisor you will :
- Support the growth and development of Integrity Management services
- Providing effective leadership and management of specialist field service teams on deployment
- Ensuring every job is delivered in a professional and profitable manner with a high level of customer service
- Ensuring safety of the team is paramount, as is the method of delivery via a flexible and high integrity team
- Driving profitability improvements for in-situ services through effective deployment scheduling and increased utilisation of teams
- To plan, recruit and train sufficient resources to meet the demand for in-situ deployments
Key duties include but not limited to ensuring :
You project manage deployments either on site or remotely from the CSC main siteDaily activities and pre and post deployment requirements such as costings / risk assessment / method statements / reporting are completed in line with the requirementsDevelopment of the operational deployment team skills for optimum flexibility and achievement of business goalsAll safety protocols are prepared for and followed whilst planning and executing a deployment and ensure an auditing routine is in place to demonstrate compliance by the teamOperations are carried out in accordance with company and customer site HSE policies, helping to protect the safety and wellbeing of all stakeholdersYou understand and generate in-situ based work procedures, routings and processesTaking responsibility for the planning and execution of work by field service teams ensuring it is carried out in accordance with company QA / QC procedures and in a timely manner, whilst not compromising professional completionYou will also :
Demonstrate high-level skills and capabilities in the testing, fault finding and repair of operational equipment, including high-pressure pneumatic and hydraulic systems, vacuum and pump assemblies etcVisit customer sites and provide a work package breakdown of components, labour, parts, tools and requirements required and assist the sales processProvide an effective interface and assistance to internal and external stakeholders of internal functions ensuring their recognition of the importance at design, installation, periodic inspection and test and for general product support.About the rewards
Working pattern is 37 hours per week; Monday to Thursday 07 : 45 - 16 : 15 & Friday 07 : 45 - 12 : 45 when working onsite. Flexibility will be required for offsite / offshore deployments.

For the role of Deployment Project Supervisor, you will need :
Mechanical Engineering Level 3 (minimum requirement)Knowledge and use of P&ID / GA drawings and implementation of two-valve isolation / LOTOExperience of calibration of pressure relief valvesExperience of building and connecting temporary pipe manifolds and vent lines on high-pressure gas systemsExperience of reading and understanding technical drawingsStrong Team Leadership and People Management skillsDesirable
5+ years of experience in relevant aspects of cylinder and tube related test, inspection and refurbishment services within factory and in-situ environments
