Job descriptionHCPC registered or eligible as a Hearing Aid dispenser or BSc / MSc qualified Audiologist with strong business acumen. Experience in managing or owning a business, or roles such as Sales Director or Operations Director within hear care industry is highly desirable. Experience in digital marketing and retail website management is advantageous. Right to work in the UK and a driver’s license are preferred.

Job Description : Key Duties
- Support the business owners in managing online presence, website, marketing, branding, and product offerings with high attention to detail.
- Assist clients through hearing examinations and provide bespoke product recommendations.
- Contribute to the global expansion efforts of the organization with energy and enthusiasm.
- Work flexibly in a hybrid role, remotely in the UK, face-to-face with clients, and possibly in Southern Europe if open to travel. This is a new role requiring flexibility according to business needs.
