Are you an Identity & Access Management (IdAM) Engineer looking for an exciting challenge? Sopra Steria is developing a brand-new, highly secure identity and access management (IAM) platform, replacing legacy systems with a scalable, automation-driven, and future-proof solution.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the architecture and security posture of a platform that leverages the latest in Zero Trust, Least Privilege Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Single Sign-On (SSO).

This is a rare opportunity to work in a greenfield environment where you’ll have the freedom to create and implement best-in-class identity security solutions using leading technologies like NetIQ, Microsoft Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, and LDAP.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Designing & implementing NetIQ Identity Manager (IDM) solutions to automate user lifecycle management.
• Developing and maintaining IAM standards, guidelines, and best practices for a secure and scalable system.
• Leading deployments of NetIQ Identity Manager to enable seamless provisioning, de-provisioning, and synchronization.
• Integrating NetIQ products with enterprise directories, third-party identity providers, and cloud applications using protocols like SAML, OAuth, and LDAP.
• Building a security-first culture, ensuring compliance with Zero Trust, Least Privilege, and Tiered Access Models.

Employment Type : Permanent

Location : Farnborough – on site full time

Security Clearance Level : eligible for SC clearance, must be eligible for DV

Internal Recruiter : Lee

Salary : £60,000-70,000 per annum

Benefits : £5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund.
