Job Summary :

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Chemotherapy Nurses with a valid SACT (Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy) Passport to join an NHS Trust in Hertfordshire. This is an ongoing requirement to support a busy oncology / haematology unit in delivering high-quality systemic anti-cancer treatment to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Candidates must be confident working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

We welcome applicants available on a full-time basis or 2+ days per week.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer systemic anti-cancer treatments safely and in accordance with SACT protocols
• Monitor patients throughout chemotherapy cycles for adverse reactions and escalating concerns appropriately
• Provide education, emotional support, and clinical advice to patients and their families
• Conduct assessments, observations, and documentation in line with Trust policy and NMC standards
• Liaise effectively with the multidisciplinary team including oncologists, pharmacists, and specialist nurses
