Job description

I am seeking experienced Transformation Consultants to support our clients in United Kingdom with guiding their organisations through significant internal system and process enhancements.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyse the existing systems and processes within various departments, with a primary focus on Supply Chain, IT, and HR.
  • Propose transformation strategies and be responsible for implementing the changes as well as providing guidance and support to the wider teams.
  • Develop relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders to secure commitment and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring progress to validate the value and return on investment (ROI) of transformation initiatives.

Requirements :

  • Experience in transformation projects in a fast-paced, high growth environment including Private Equity backed environment or consultancy.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to oversee multiple initiatives, manage resources, and deliver outcomes effectively.
