What the Service is Looking For

A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
Experience working in a care environment (essential)
A caring attentive and empathetic nature
Ability to work day or night shifts (full-time or part-time)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Right to work in the UK (Tier 2 visa sponsorship is not available)

Support residents with daily living mobility and emotional wellbeing

Monitor and report changes in physical or mental health

Build positive relationships with residents families and colleagues

Work as part of a collaborative care team including nursing staff
