Healthcare Assistant 12.60 per hour Day or Night Shifts

Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care Dementia Nursing & Residential Care No Sponsorship Available

What the Service is Looking For

  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working in a care environment (essential)
  • A caring attentive and empathetic nature
  • Ability to work day or night shifts (full-time or part-time)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Right to work in the UK (Tier 2 visa sponsorship is not available)

  • Deliver personal care in a respectful person-centred way
  • Support residents with daily living mobility and emotional wellbeing
  • Monitor and report changes in physical or mental health
  • Build positive relationships with residents families and colleagues
  • Work as part of a collaborative care team including nursing staff
  • Maintain clear and accurate care documentation
  • Encourage independence dignity and engagement in daily life
