Seeking a strategic and driven Sales Director to lead and grow a high-performing sales team within a leading IT infrastructure and managed services provider. This role is pivotal in driving revenue, expanding market presence, and delivering customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop sales and account management teams to exceed revenue targets.
  • Design and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Drive pipeline growth, lead major bids, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Champion AI and digital tools to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Build strong client relationships, ensuring retention and growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align on go-to-market and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Support revenue operations (RevOps) to streamline sales processes.

Requirements

  • Proven senior sales leadership experience in IT, tech, or managed services.
  • Strong track record of revenue growth and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
