Job Title : Adult Social Worker – Locality Team

Location : Surrey

Rate : Up to £38 per hour

An exciting job role has recently become available at Surrey County Council. They are looking for a new member for their Locality Team.

What will your responsibilities be?

You will assess and support adults and their families, create personalized care plans that focus on strengths and desired outcomes, and collaborate with community mental health teams or acute hospital teams.

Qualifications and Experiences :

You must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK driving licence, have post-qualified experience, and possess a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
