Job description

I am looking for a hands-on, commercially minded HR Business Partner to join an exciting client in the North West. (They spend 2 days in the office, the rest remote).

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves, make a real difference, and drive commercial success by building strong relationships and delivering tailored HR solutions.

You'll work across a range of stakeholders, offering expert guidance while also contributing to growth and strategic development.

THE ROLE :

  • Take a hands-on approach to support stakeholders, providing practical HR advice and solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Get involved in diverse areas, from day-to-day HR support to strategic projects.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and add commercial value.
  • Partner with the leadership team on internal HR matters when needed.
  • Keep up to date with employment law and compliance, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Use data and stakeholder feedback to continually improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement innovative HR solutions.

ABOUT YOU :

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or HR consulting role.
  • A commercial mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities for growth.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance, with international experience being a plus.
