Leon Cycle is an e-bike business that was established in Germany in 2014 and has since developed business operations in over 10 countries across Europe, North America and APAC. Leon Cycle offers a range of e-bike models from mountain bikes, EMTB, folding e-bikes, trekking e-bikes and step thru e-bikes. Our range of products are sold via both our own online website as well as E-Commerce platforms and via our dealers and our own retail stores worldwide.

Currently we are hiring a head of E-Commerce to join our team in London, as Head of E-Commerce you will be tasked with :

• Take part in the definition of the overall global digital sales strategy
• Work hand in hand with marketing team to drive organic traffic, develop sales
• Constantly optimize online stores to maximize conversion rates and performance
• Overall management of brands Leoncycle / NCM / ET websites in EU and North America , Amazon and other local 3rd party E-Commerce platform stores such as planning, daily operations, advertising and promotions
• Set up SEO to increase online presence of our website
• Set up digital marketing and sales campaigns through Google, Facebook and other medium
• Scheduling and communicating intensive site maintenance as needed,
• Follow the global strategy to position the brand as a top e-bike player in local countries
• Analyze sales-related data to predict future sales and stock forecasts
