Due to a recent restructure / promotion within the group they are looking for a new site engineering manager. Role & Responsibilities : Lead and drive reliability, efficiency & continuous improvement projects across site Managing an engineering department of around 22 people Responsible for engineering, manufacturing machinery, facilities, site services, energy & plant infrastructure Budget control (P&L) & CAPEX Projects - £4m Ensure full compliance with Heath & Safety, Environmental and Insurance Legislations Act as a mentor and leader to the wider engineering team - providing training & development plans Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules Support negotiations and management of service agreements and contracts Drive site wide energy initiatives and support sustainability plans Knowledge, Skills & Experience : Must have experience of working in automated batch manufacturing / FMCG Be an...
