- A designer with strong product fundamentals, who can define core UX patterns and make confident decisions that balance short-term improvement and long-term vision
- Someone collaborative, confident working day-to-day with senior engineers and product partners to make sure systems are implemented and adopted successfully
- A detail-obsessed UI specialist, motivated by the small stuff and driven to create a cohesive design language that scales
What you're great at
You're a systems thinker and Figma expert, skilled in building scalable component libraries, streamlining UI patterns, ensuring accessibility, and partnering closely with engineers to implement consistent, efficient design solutionsBuilding and maintaining component libraries in Figma, with experience linking these to real componentsLeading UI audits, pattern consolidation and design clean-up, driving consistency across complex product surfacesCollaborating with front-end engineers to implement and refine system components across platformsWorking in agile teams alongside some exceptional PMs & engineers to establish a cohesive design languageWhat you'll get
