Salary : £31,590 per annum

Deputy Manager

Option 1 : 45 hours / week, 5 days £35,100

Option 2 : 42 hours / week, 4 days (07 : 1518 : 45) £32,760

Key Responsibilities :

Provide engaging, high-quality care and learning experiences for children.

Adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and support childrens individual development.

Work collaboratively with a passionate and experienced team.

Deputy Manager) Undertake leadership duties and support staff development.

Qualifications & Experience :

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential).

Enthusiasm for early childhood education.

Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding, EYFS, and best practices.

Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Leadership experience (required for Deputy Manager role).
