The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Prospecting and Cold Calling : Reach out to potential clients and candidates, effectively pitching the services and roles you offer, while handling any rejection that comes your way.

Candidate Guidance & Support : Walk candidates through every step of the recruitment process, providing valuable advice and support, and managing any negotiations that arise.

Deal Negotiation : Take charge of negotiating terms and closing deals to ensure mutual satisfaction and success.

Client Meetings : Attend meetings with clients to gain a deep understanding of their specific hiring needs and what theyre looking for in top talent.

Market Research : Stay ahead of the curve by conducting regular market research to keep informed on the latest trends and developments in your sector.
