Due to exciting changes and transformational activities across the Rolls-Royce business, we are now seeking to add several Thermofields Engineers.

The Thermofields Engineers will be based in Derby.

You will be responsible for :

• Defining system, sub-system, and component requirements for thermofluidic, temperature, and thermo-mechanical analysis.
• Developing and evaluating concepts using analytical methods to support system-level design trades and architecture selection.
• Performing modelling, simulation, and verification at component and system levels across the product lifecycle.
• Planning and conducting validation activities including test specification, model calibration, and uncertainty quantification.
