The Role

We are now recruiting for a Business Services Senior to join our Whitehaven office.

This position will involve working with clients from a range of sectors, including hospitality, legal, agriculture, charities and retail. You will work closely with a number of experienced professionals and specialists in these sectors, which will allow you to gain a detailed understanding of each.

The main elements of this role will include :

  • Understanding andparing KPIs for our Business Services assignments and ensuring the calculations make sense
  • Assisting with preparing Pricing Options documents as required and this includes the use of the Pricing Matrix
  • Assisting with researching the marketplace for potential new leads

The Candidate

In order to fulfil the responsibilities of the position, we would like candidates to be / have :

  • A Full UK Driving Licence
  • Either AAT, ICAS, ACA or ACCA qualified already (or be qualified by experience)
  • Experience of working in an Accounting capacity at an Accountancy Practice
  • A dedicated team player and willing to assist colleagues within the team where possible
  • Able to prioritise workloads under strict deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Able to use initiatives and have great organisation / problem solving skills
  • Keen to be part of a dynamic team
