Shift Patterns : Monday to Friday

Location : HM Prison Isle of Sheppey ME12 4AX

Note : The role is based within a prison. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced security vetting process.

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting prisoner rehabilitation by leading a diverse team and managing warehouse operations within the prison environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work hands-on in warehouse activities including picking and packing.
• Reconcile stock levels within the on-site warehouse.
• Manage the timely and accurate dispatch of orders to inmates.
• Meet and exceed operational targets.
