Allerton Bishop is delighted to be searching for a Site Director position for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company located in England. Our client, is a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company and is seeking to appoint an experienced Site Director to lead site operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE SITE DIRECTOR :

• Full responsibility for site operations
• Site leadership of manufacturing, operations, MSAT, engineering and quality department heads.
• Drive a collaborative, cross functional culture across the site.
• Lead global projects and operational excellence across the site.
• As the Site Director, you will have P&L and budget responsibility for site operations.
• Oversee site compliance for legal, health & safety, GMP and regulatory bodies.
