We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client'sproducts.

Role Overview :

As a Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between stakeholders, development teams, and end-users. You will be responsible for defining and prioritising product features, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and value delivery
• Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements for development teams
• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, clarifying requirements and addressing questions
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth delivery within Agile frameworks
• Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle
• Support the Project UX in the building designs to provide a realistic preview of how the final product will look and feel.
• Supportthe UX / UI team with market and competition analysis to verify customer needs in relation to current trends and competitor initiatives
• Lead Feature-Mapping activities to build visualisation of project requirements arranged in a logical manner
• Understand client pain points and identify any areas of potential improvement, whilst understanding market demands to maximise potential value of proposed work to the client
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, customers, and the development team
• Collaborate with other leaders within the project team such as Project Managers and Delivery Managers
• Provide the Support & Change team with clarifications or estimates needed for support tickets
• Help the commercial department, engaging with new opportunities and product estimations.
