Salary : £41,818.21 per annum + £3k per annum RRA

Contract : Full Time, Permanent, 39 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated Electrician to join our team at HMP Coldingley, a category C adult male prison. Join a supportive team working Monday to Friday to create a safe and nurturing environment.

HMP Coldingley operates like a self-contained city, requiring hundreds of staff to maintain its functions. Our Facilities Maintenance Team is committed to ensuring smooth and safe operations, impacting prisoners, staff, visitors, families, and the wider community.

Team and Culture

Work alongside experienced colleagues including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, and Administrators, all dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a secure environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs in a prison environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Participate in planned preventive maintenance operations.
