General Maintenance Operative – Oxford Circus 🔧

Location : Central London (Oxford Circus area)

Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Salary : £38,000 per annum

Are you a hands-on Maintenance Operative looking for a steady Monday–Friday role in the heart of London? Join our team covering a small cluster of prestigious sites around Oxford Circus.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Carrying out general fabric maintenance & basic repairs
Supporting M&E (mechanical & electrical) duties
Performing PPMs (planned preventative maintenance) and reactive tasks
Liaising with site teams to keep buildings running smoothly
Working independently and across multiple nearby sites

You’ll Need :

Experience in a general maintenance role (fabric & M&E exposure)

Good understanding of basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks

A proactive attitude and strong fault-finding skills

Right to work in the UK
