Job Accountabilities and KPI
- On-time implementation for international campaigns
- PPC management develop optimise and deliver PPC strategies across multiple platforms
- Number of leads monitored and reported weekly
- Management of publication adverts
- Promoting publication and increasing readership
- Bi-weekly newsletters quarterly magazines and yearbook delivery
- Webinar marketing
- Manage the social media accounts across a range of portfolios and topic areas
- Manage external social media agencies where appropriate
- To manage all marketing channels effectively within a budget and under time constraints
- Increase engagement and bookings through social media
- Increase social media following
- Briefing design on engaging banners
- Building relevant and appropriate creativity into campaigns wherever possible
- Timely completion of final event analysis
- Email KPIs such as OR CTR
- Website bookings
- Revenue
Key Responsibilities :
Planning budgeting and implementing effective marketing campaigns for small eventsPlanning the social media activities for large scale events and reporting back to the marketing lead for the projectFull responsibility to leverage the marketing mix for omnichannel campaigns; with a focus on the performance of digital channels (including web marketing database email social media display and PPC advertising campaigns)Design impactful demand-generation campaigns through all online and offline channelsDedicated segmentation and targeting plan for all campaigns based on analysis and brief suppliedSet up products and campaigns in our marketing and CRM systemManage email campaigns independentlyWork on content such as blog posts whitepapers interviews and reports for trainingSocial media management managing social platforms such as Instagram Facebook Twitter LinkedIn and YoutubeEnsuring related websites are fully up to date with the latest content and key messaging is displayed throughoutIdentify a data acquisition strategy to grow the existing databasesSet up and management of media deals with external organisations to ensure maximum exposure at the lowest cost to trainingWork closely with the telesales function on key campaigns and incorporate customer feedbackManage budgetsCoordination of design and production of all marketing collateral including event brochures advertisements banners / emails etc.Providing KPI reports for update meetings with Campaign Director and Senior Marketing ManagersQualifications :
Knowledge and Experience Required for the Role
1 years working in a marketing or sales rolePPC managementStrong copywriting skillsBSc / MSc degree in business marketing journalism or relatedHand-on experience with a range of print and digital marketing channelsDemonstrated knowledge of Digital Marketing including email marketingAttributes Required for the Role
