Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team of 16 in providing high-quality care and education for young children. You must be qualified to minimum Level III in childcare to apply for this post. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : From £13.30 per hour

10 hour shift

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

    • Responsibilities :

  • Caring for and supervising children in a nursery setting
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Manage daily routines and ensure the safety and well-being of all children
  • Drive continuous improvement in the nursery environment

    • Experience :

  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting is desirable
  • Hold relevant qualifications in Childcare or Early Childhood Education at level III. PLEASE NOTE A MINIMUM LEVEL III QUALIFICATION IS ESSENTIAL.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and staff
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care
  • Passion for creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for young children
