Job description

Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading player within the FMCG industry for a Shift Supervisor at their site in Glasgow. Initially on an ongoing temporary basis. This would be a nightshift role Sunday 11pm - 05 : 30am, Monday - Thursday 00 : 00 -05 : 30am.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Manage workers and external contractors
  • Lead and manage quality inspections on site
  • Communication with key stakeholders
  • Ensure Health and Safety Standards
  • Manual Lifting of boxes up to 25kg in weight

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Previous experience within a production environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
