Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual KPI targets.
  • Perform duties professionally, efficiently, and responsibly.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of work.
  • Contribute to team-building and foster a positive environment.
  • Assist Lead Auditor in planning, conducting audits, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Maintain impartiality and integrity of the certification scheme.
  • Engage with customers proactively and maintain a service-oriented mindset.
  • Implement CRM programs effectively.
  • Maintain auditor qualifications as per relevant schemes.
  • Update CV and assessment logs annually.
  • Submit timesheets and expense reports accurately and promptly.

    Minimum Requirements

  • Certified CCAA Auditor for ISMS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Telecommunications.
  • Qualified as per ISO 19011 guidelines for management system audits.
  • Good understanding of information security, IT services, and risk management.
  • Experience conducting structured, objective audits following international standards.
  • Ability to understand and apply ISO / IEC 27001.
  • Strong communication skills for report writing and stakeholder interaction.
