Machine Operator / FLT Driver (Counterbalance)

We’re currently recruiting for a Machine Operator with an accredited FLT Counterbalance licence to join a well-established manufacturing site in Worksop . This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

The Role :

Loading raw materials and products onto machines using a Counterbalance FLT

Operating and monitoring machines

Making adjustments to machine settings as required

Working safely and efficiently across a 3-shift rotating pattern (days, afternoons, and nights)

Requirements :

Must hold a valid, accredited FLT Counterbalance licence

Previous experience in a similar machine operating or production environment is preferred

Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Comfortable working rotating shifts
