My client is a School in Farnborough, seeking an experienced Administrator. Ideally, with Education experience. This is a full time role, term time only. Mon-Fri, 900am - 4pm @ 35 hours per week (1 hour lunch). Bring Your Organisational Skills and Initiative to a Role That Matters The School is a growing and inclusive special school for pupils aged 2–19 with complex learning needs. As our school expands across multiple sites, we are looking for a flexible, reliable and solution-focused Administrator to join our professional and supportive admin team. This is a Grade C position, ideal for someone who can manage a range of general administrative duties and is ready to develop a specialist area of responsibility over time (such as attendance, medical records, communication, or annual review coordination). Your Core Responsibilities Will Include :
- Acting as a first point of contact for staff, parents and visitors – providing a welcoming and professional front-facing presence.
- Supporting day-to-day administration, including data input, filing, printing, minute-taking, and diary support.
- Maintaining accurate records, logs and databases to support efficient school operations.
- Managing and responding to internal and external communications in a clear, timely and solution-focused way.
- Handling pupil information with sensitivity and in line with data protection standards.
- Providing admin support to teams across the school – from pastoral to site, SEND to teaching staff – depending on the day’s needs. In Addition, You Will Be Supported to Develop a Specialism In :
- A focused area of school operations, such as :
- Annual Review and EHCP administration
- Medical and care records coordination
- Attendance tracking and follow-up
- School communications and website updates

- Has experience working in administration (school experience is helpful, but not essential).
